Your vehicle can be submitted for the MOT test up to one month before the expiry date. The expiry date of the new pass certificate can be up to thirteen months later. This will ensure that you do not lose any time on your current certificate by having the test completed early.
If the vehicle fails the test, it will be eligible for a free retest providing the work is undertaken By Wiltons and does not leave the premises. It may also qualify for either a partial retest fee, or, in the case of some minor items, a free retest within ten working days when the vehicle has left the premises.
